I have been dealing with serious family problems for the past few months, so i haven't been able to work much on my WC projects lately. Many apologies for the lack of activity. Hopefully i will be able to get my life under control soon.
In the meantime, you can find here a fix for the High-Res patch installer. It should solve a crash which is most common on Windows Vista, but may also occur on XP in certain circumstances. If you are experiencing trouble running the regular installer, give this fix a try and let me know if it solves the problem for you.
